Default Help upgrading wheels to 19's or 20's

I am finally going to make the plunge and buy new chromies for my 200 vert. I am gathering info to learn what might fit. Car is not lowered and presently has Z06 repros with F1's - 265/40-17 on front and 295/35-18 on back.

Looking at either staggered 18-19 or 19-20. But I have heard some same size wheel set ups all around as well. What works the best? I am not interested in anything sticking outside the wells and don't want to have to be super careful about rubbing the fenders.

Lastly, anyone have any luch with E-Forged wheels?

If you have some pics of cool wheels in chrome, please post as I have not decided and I'm afraid that if I don't just make a decision, this could take another year to get done.

Thanks for your help.
Dave

I have 19/20 HRE 545's. Dont know the tire size of hand. The only pics I have is my avitar pic. It looks high in the rear. I am lowering it this weekend. No problem with them sticking out or rubbing so far.

Very Nice ride. I like the HRE's. I was thinking about lowering as well, but I have the full ACI aero kit on my car and I'm worried that I might be a road sniffer if I bring it down more. I like the look though of eliminating a lot of the wheel well.

Are you going to lower it yourself? All the way around? I've read some threads about doing that, but not sure about my clearance issues. Thanks
