Nitto NT-01s???

Has anybody used these tires? I'm looking at these and the R2s but the 305/35/18 for the R2s are on a national backorder. I'm considering these tires but they only come in 315/30/18, not sure how well will they fit.

I'm running Nt-01s 315/18 in rear for road course/autocross I wouldn't recommend them for the street.
