Default C5 Bfg Kdw 2

It is time for 2 new front tires on my 99. I have been debating between the GS-D3 and the KDW 2. I think I am going with the KDW 2, my vette is a DD so dry and wet traction are very important. I would like to keep a good handling tire, but I don't need anything that is built mainly for performance as I don't drive my vette hard. The KDW 2 is a cheaper tire and seems to get good ratings. I would like some comments on this before I make the purchase this week. Also I guess the closest OE tire size for the front is 255/40/17. I would imagine that this is not really a difference as far as looks. Am I correct to presume the car won't sit any differently? I'm wanting to make sure my front doesn't look anymore like a 4x4 than it does stock. Thanks for the help!

I just put the kdw-2's on my 00 and it looks good i put 255/40's on the front and 285's on the rear and the car drives great and sticks in wet and dry.
