Default Michelin Pilot Sport tires any good?

I'm looking at buying an 02 Z that has a fresh set of Michelin Pilot Sports mounted all around (265/40/ZR17 fronts & 295/35/ZR18 rears).

Are these things any good? How do they compare to the stock Eagle Supercar tires?

They are not runflat tires so the dealer bough a tire inflator patch kit to go along with them!

Those are great tires! Better than the factory GY Supercar tires, but very pricey come replacement time.

Love 'em so far - I have the A/S tread, but they're a great upgrade from the stock runflats (come to think of it, that's not too hard to accomplish...).

I currently have them on my 97 BMW M3, they are great!! Fantastic grip with low noise. They were pricey, I think I paid $1200 for the set, but they have lasted 29,000 miles and will probably go another 5,000. Not bad for a performance tire. This tire's predecessor, the Pilot MMX, was also a great tire, but the most you could get was about 18,000 miles out of them.
