Default Wheels for Big Brakes

I am looking to replace my factory thin spoke wheels on my C5 with upgraded. I am going to use Michelin PS-2 tires. 305 on the rear, if possible, and 275-35 on the front. Very important to clear my Wilwood brake caliper. Looking for reccomendations.

Are you thinking about 305/30/19 PS2's on the rear? I do not believe they make a 18" tire in the 305 size. If so, you are limited to some fairly expensive wheel options. HRE, Iforged, etc. I would also call CCW to see if they offer wheels for that application.

I have Wilwood 6 piston calipers with 13" rotors on front and 4 pistons on rear. So far OK with stock Z06 wheels (aftermarket will not fit), Mallett 396 (XMS) 18" wheels and wheels that spokes are bowed outward such as 543 HRE's. Flat spoke wheels such as CCW classics will not fit over the calipers without a big spacer. PS2 front tire sizes would be 265 or 275 in 17" or 18" and rears 295.
