Default Replaced rears and now have oversteer - Help

I replaced the rears on my 2000 convertible with stock Goodyear F1's. Now I seem to have quite a bit of oversteer when cornering at high speed (above 70). Have about 30PSI in rears and 31 in front. Front tires show wear around outer edges. What would help besides new front tires?? The fronts have 15k miles and the rears about 500.

Give the rears a few miles about before getting worried. They probably have glaze on them from being so new.
