You've seen the photographs and the vette, should I paint the brake calipers
red like the ZO6's? You really don't see much of the caliper as it is, painting them would drawl attention to them.
Just look'n for ideas! :seeya

Bill,
With the dark red color of your car, I would paint them Black or silver.
I did mine in gloss black. Sorry don't have a picture.
I'm not sure how bright red would look with a dark red car, mine is Ruby Red and I did not think the bright red would go.

I agree with silver or black. However, another option that might look good on the dark red might be a titanium color if you can find it. You know, a slightly goldish metallic look, similar to the finish on the Mallet wheels. That would allow them to stand out but not screaming for attention.

If you paint stock calipers, I would go black or silver. Making stock components look fancy by painting them red or yellow, etc. seems silly to me, and makes you look like a ricer (again, this is MY opinion). But a basic color can make them look nice without making it look like you're trying to draw attention to them.
I believe in subtlety. My car looks bone stock from the outside, only the astute notice the lower ride height and massive brakes...

I painted mine red on my white'89 with black GS rims. Looks great to me. An opinion is worth what you pay for it. IMHO
