Help....wheel alignment question.

Probably a an easy question to answer, but I'd rather be safe than sorry so I'll ask. Does the size of the wheel/tire combination affect the wheel alignment on a vehicle? Example......if I install a set of 15" wheels/tires on a car that normally runs 13" and the car was aligned with the 13" wheels/tires, do I need to realign for the 15's?
