Default Tire Shaving in SF bay area

Anyone know of a place to have tires shaved for autocross? I bought my rears from tirerack and they are being shaved...I just bought a matching set for the fronts (slightly used) and need them shaved to match. Tracy, Pleasanton, Fremont area.

Thank you in advance!

yes it is true because the little rocks, sand and pebbles can kill the shaving blades

I'm told that the tires were never driven on and the tire tread depth agrees with this, but there are some signs of a few miles.

With that aside...does anyone know where I migth try to get them shaved?

Also a question for Luke. I plan to run the pirelli PZero Corsa's on the rear for autocross season then put back on the runflats after the autocross tires are gone. I was just told that runflats cannot be taken off and put back on.... is this true!?

FYI...I had my tires shaved today at Roger Kraus Racing in Castro Valley, CA

Great place, great service, and only $25/tire.

They service lots of Vettes and Porsches and said that "slightly used" wasn't a problem.

Thanks Luke for the information....I wasn't too happy that my tires I ordered from tirerack won't be here until Monday when I have a race day on Sunday (and I asked the sales guy to MAKE SURE they were here by Friday)....Ugh...
