If I want to find stock 1990 ZR-1 wheels for my C3, where should I look? Everyone buys the A-Molds, I want 275/40-17 fronts & 315/35-17 rears on my car without having the same wheels as other people.

Would someone mind doing a wheel photochop on my car to show me what 1990 ZR-1 wheels would look like? Clicking on the thumbnail nets a larger picture to work with. Thanks in advance.

Default ZR1 wheels

My buddy has a set of ZR1 sawblades in mint condition with the original goodyear gatorback tires. Not sure on the price. You would have to do quite a bit of work to make these fit your C3, but it would look great. Scott

Wow, that does sound interesting. To fit C4 wheels on a C3, I need some adapters that bolt onto the hub. I may also need to run offset trailing arms, I'll have a local guru in the Bay Area build me some that will allow me to run ZR-1 sized wheels on my car.

Can you put me in touch with, or get in touch with your friend yourself and ask what he'd like to get for the sawblades?

I work for a Vette repair shop but I was unemployed from Independance Day last year to January 3rd this year, so I'm catching up on my bills. It may be mid-late March before I'm all caught up and ready to spend on wheels & tires, but ZR-1 sawblades do sound interesting.
