Default Kumos instead of runflats

Does anyonbe have any experience with the Kumos. They are customer rated at 8.6 on TireRacks website. Complete set for under $600.

I've got 255/40-17 up front and 274/40-17 out back. They are not the absolute best in terms of sticking in the corners, but they more than live up to my expectations (what do you get for less than $500). They actually work well in the rain. If you don't like the idea of throwing $1,200 into tires then they are a good option.

They ride much smoother and quieter than the EMTs.

I've had them on since last April. I've run high speed road coarses, autocrosses and next week will be doing an open road race. They work for me, but then again I'm not out there trying to set lap records.

I just took off a new set of Pilots and replaced them with ZO6 Wheels and Kumho Tires. I love them! They make less noise, the ride is better, and they seem to do better in the rain. I will use the stock wheels and Pilots when winter comes. I would recommend the Kuhmos.
