2000 and up 5 spoke OEM wheel question

I am trying to find OEM style thin 5-spoke wheels in 19x10.5 or 19x11. Does anyone make such a thing???? Also, are all the reproduction thin 5-spoke chrome wheels made in China? I have seen many that are and non that are Made in the USA. I'd really like to get a pair of 19" 5 spoke for the rear and 18 fronts. I have a feeling all I'm gonna find are 18x10.5 rears and 18x9.5 fronts.... BUT I won't buy them unless they are made in the USA....
