How much toe, in inches, is equivalent to these degree readings?

Do something like this:

toe(inch) = 12.8 tanΘ where Θ is the angle of toe.

For .66 degree toe, toe in inches is 12.8 x tan(.66) = .15"

It all depends on where you take the measurement (in inches).

In order to find the length of a in a right triangle (toe, in inches), you have to know both the angle A (toe, in degrees) and the length of either side b or c.
(b or c being 'where you take the measurement')

Then, a = b x tan A
