can 235/45 17 tires fit front C5 rims?

Stock size is 245/45...I have 2 nitto 555's that are 235/45's Will they fit without problems, and will they stretch enough for the stock rim width?

They will fit the regular C5 rims (17 x8.5") w/o any problems. Being slightly narrower than the stock tires you may notice a little more understeer.
