I need tires now, no tread and nail in my tire @#%@&

Sorry I know this has been asked before, but I looked for a while and didn't find the answer I was looking for. Stock 2003 A.E 17" in front 18" in back, can I run 295 / 40's in back and 265 / 40 in front?

So, do I buy the tires from you and Tire Rack sends them to a installation facility near me? Also, what are the widest tires I can use on my stock rims? can I go (40's) both front and back?
