Default kdw's or ps2's?

i'm really torn between the two. i had michelin pilots on my c5 which were nice but the new replacement ps2's are over $400 more then the kdw's which i just put on my camaro with the new tread pattern on 19's and love them. the ps2's don't look as nice as the bfg's but i want a good tire for my money over looks, any help? the ratings are conflicting on the websites.

the PS2's can run circles around the KDW2's and are probalby worth atleast .5 seconds in the 1/4

road racing 1/4 mile or auto x............. maybe 1/2 a 10th............a 1.88 60's with the KDWs will be hard to beat by that much for a PS2............and if $$$ shopping it a no brainer.
p.s, Took 3 rd in the CF CI VI auto x so they can't be that bad a tire
I can agree .50 street tire to drag radial but not street tire to street tire.....I have run a lot of tires on all kinds of vehicles

not saying it's a bad tire but it's not in the same league as the PS2 or KD

I have the KDW's on my C6 exclusively and run it on the street and at VIR road course. Great tire and value, but way overpriced for a tire! I have bought two sets from Tire Rack ... great price and service.

I will not buy the PS2 ...

Consider GoodYear F1 GS-D3
I am very pleased with their performance and handling.
A lot cheaper than Ps2's and according to TireRacks ratings one of the best out there.....

well i ended up with the kdw nt's. after having toyo proxie and goodyer f1's and not likeing the looks of the p2 i'm fairly happy. road noise is minimal and grip is excellent. the tread also looks quite nice.

thanks everyone.
