Default Eagle F1 GS-D3's on 18" rims (C4)

Hi guys,

Does anyone use the Eagle F1 GS-D3's? If so, what do you think of the dry/wet performance? The life of the tyre..ie how long it lasts? Road noise? so forth?

There are many reviews at the link below. Including several by corvette owners.

Great tires. Handle great on dry roads, got caught in the rain once and handled fine on the wet roads as well!!

I haven't noticed any tire noise.

Burned through a set of the rears in less than 4,500 miles!!

Dry traction was good, but they wore out really quick for me. I only got about 5-6K out them before they were corded, but I do a lot of racing on them. Wet traction was the best I have ever had out of a street tire. Even in standing water they would just grip and go around the turns. Dont think I would buy them again to race on because of the price, but deffinatly a good DD choice if you deal w/ a lot of rain.
