Default 275/40/17 BFG DR's on a 17x8.5 wagon wheel

Will this work or is the wheel width a bit too narrow? If not, I already have a set coming Anyone help?

MT recommends a 9" wheel width for that tires. But going .5 inches narrower should not present an issue. You will be fine.

I went .5 inch larger, running them on Z06 fronts, 17 X 9.5.
