Wheel vender at Carlisle?

This is a long shot, but here it goes last year at GM Carlisle my dad bought three rally wheels for his 67. I know the vender goes to other Carlisle shows and other car swap meats. He shows up in a little white trailer be pulled by a mid 80’s Chevy Suburban. He also is an older guy and sells all kinds of wheels, and other wheel parts. Flash forward a year we have the wheels painted and tires ready to be mounted. We put them on the balancing machine and two of the wheels are bent badly. Does anyone have a clue who this might be or any leads, we have misplaced is card.
