Tire Pressure Sensor Question

I think the answer to this question is obvious...but want to be sure. I've purchased a set of Mallett XMS wheels....18X11 rear and 18X10.5 in the front....can I use my existing sensors? I'm thinking the rears will work...but will the stock sensors on my 17" fronts expand to fit my 18" Malletts?

If not...where can I get two 18" sensors?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

your sensors will fit your new wheels.

the sensor is part of the valve stem.

do a search on tire pressure sensors and you should find a picture somewhere.

The sensors are all the same size, regardless of whether they came from a 17" or 18" wheel. They may or may not work on your wheel in the OEM configuration depending on the shape of the rim/lip of your wheel. Unless you hear it from someone with past experience with this wheel, you'll just have to experiment. If the sensor won't fit in the "valve stem" hole in the wheel, you can still use it but you will have to affix it to the rim with a band clamp and/or epoxy.
