Luke, are these ok?

I was on tirerack, and found BFG Gforce t/a KDW-2 (it says "2" designates the new design, which I'm liking!!)

I need tires for a stock z06 setup...9.5x17 and 10.5x18
I want 295/35/18 which is not a prob...but there's no 275/40/17 in that matching tread pattern....will 255/40/17 be ok on the 9.5" rim.

yes that tire size can fit on a 10" wide wheel

Just wanted to know if it's ok to ship to across the border?
I saw you have a deal on some Comp t/a ZR for $119...these would be great to light up..for $120 you can't go wrong!! How are these compared to the kdw/2?? Is it a really big difference...
