Default 19/20" Run Flats

Posted this in the C6 section, and thought I would try here.
I am looking at a 19/20 combo for the C6, but really want to stick with RF's for this car.
I have non RF's on the C5 and have never had a problem, but.....
Has anyone seen RF's in this combination?

Unfortunately that is what I have found out myself.
Thanks.

Tires:
P225/45HR17 (front) and P295/40HR20 (rear)
Goodyear Extended Mobility (EMT) with run-flat capability and low tire pressure sensor

Don't know if they will screw with our computers but worth looking into. Also, the viper and porsches have runflats now.

Hmmmm..... Maybe this will put me back into the wheel purchase again.... Thanks....
Going with a 19/20 combination means I have to use a different style front tire.
As a sanity check, I could use the current 19's I have in the rear. move them to the front, and go with the 20" EMT's in the rear.

the Prowler rear tires are 29.2" in diameter and a C6 uses a 26.8" diameter

I just spotted that myself, that is a pretty big difference. I am not worried about the speedo/odometer, as much as the size difference throwing something else off. I am running Nitto 555 295/45/18's on the C5, and at 28+ they really fill the well on 11" rims.
I may take some time and do a swap, to see how tight the fit is, or is the size difference so big, it will be impossible to get them to work?
