Default 16" wheels for Corvette HD brakes, 13" rotors.

I am trying to find out what wheels (GM or aftermarket) will fit over the C-4 HD brakes. Anyone have any experience?
I have a race car that uses '85 Corvette suspension pieces.

I don't think 16" wheels are going to clear 13" rotors. I believe all Corvettes that came with the 13" rotors had the 17" wheels. I can tell you from my experience that once I put the C5 brakes, which are also 13", on the front of my 94 there is not a lot of room between the 17" wheel and the caliper so I don't see how a 16" wheel would work. Here's a pic so you can see what I mean:
