I ordered an item in November 2022, was told 3 months lead time. 6 months goes by, was told 3 more months. That continued for a year and a half. It takes them multiple days/weeks to respond to any communication, if they respond at all. Then I finally just cancelled the order. They acknowledged the cancellation after using 4 separate forms of communication and several days passing but did not issue a refund. Its been 4 weeks now, no response, no refund. I contacted my CC but they said it had been too long to open a dispute, which I now believe is exactly what Weapon-X is banking on. Delay, delay, delay, then steal your money. The PDF is a log of our communication or lack thereof.

Good to know. Send them a link to this thread. I will not solicit them. Feedback like this is a deal killer for me. Hope you get this resolved. BTW, reach out to yours, and their attorney general, and the BBB. Whenever I've had place try to screw me rather local or out of state, these two WILL get results. May take a few months. Had one case where I emailed my attorney general copies of communication just like yours, the company that would NOT return my call suddenly returned my funds with 30 minutes. All the power of an hiring an attorney, but your tax dollars already have.

You’re certainly more patient than most. For what it’s worth, I’ve had a couple positive experiences with Weapon X in the past.

Wow and I’ve been trying to buy an intake tube from them for my Z in the last hour through PayPal. It kept saying there’s an issue with PayPal try another payment method. Felt kind of fishy to me . I bought an intake tube from them 5 years ago with no issues. This really sucks because I can’t find any other place that just makes the intake tube with the GM performance air box. Thanks for the heads up and if anyone knows where I can get just an intake tube for the GM performance air box please let me know.

No issues by me! Bought Supercharger kit and carb, coils and valve cover. Very happy.

Are they still in business? I want to buy a carbon fiber Intake tube for the GM performance air box for my Z. They won’t answer my emails or phone calls and PayPal says theres a problem pay another way when I try and check out. With the negative feedback I like to use PayPal because they’ll reimburse me right away if they stiff me. Coincident or they deliberately going to try and screw me?

There web site does appear to be void of humans. Not sure what is going on. Maybe they are out of business.
