Default Beware of Corvette Mods

Beware when ordering anything from Corvette Mods. They do not deal fairly with you if you have to cancel an item. And it takes forever to get certain items. Example 20-24 weeks for a duffel bag. Not a very good company to deal with.

Interesting, Ive ordered a half a dozen times with them and never had a issue. Was it a single item back order, did you ask for a refund after 4 or so weeks, did you call your credit card.....

curious should add some details.

No issues here either, shipments have all been quick to arrive per my girlfriend who's done the ordering. They periodically send out a nice quality catalog as well.

Default I never had a problem with Corvette Mods

I have been ordering Corvette parts from Corvette Mods for years! I have sent things back (once), had one part that failed, and have installed many aftermarket parts on my C-6's and C-7. In every case they were more than accommodating. Sometimes their suppliers don't deliver right away, but they usually let you know if something will take more time!
They are the first website I visit if I am looking for a Corvette upgrade, because of the great customer service, so I am surprised you had a bad experience!

I don't think Corvette Mods is a vendor here anymore.

So the feedback seems pretty contrary to what you saying. I would recommend enlightening us with additional details, or killing this post.

I've had a good experience with them !

I ordered a few items...had an issue where one incorrect item was sent, contacted them and they made it right very quickly - as customer service should.

I would patronize them again

I've had a horrible experience with corvette mods also.... They are rude but only rude when something bad happens with a product. It's mostly their customer service that is the worst. Even if it's a bad cheap product ... It could be handled better... I tried a year ago to get this dealer off the forum and it looks like others have complained also.

I also have had a bad experience with this company.
Advertised one thing, sent something else, then would not to anything to put it right.

I don't think they have ever heard of customer service.
I'll never deal with them again, so beware.
There's plenty of good vendors out there, so give Corvettemods a big miss I reckon.

They left an item off an order for me and after repeated emails and calls it came down to them saying they shipped it when I never did receive it. It turned into he said she said, and in the end they wouldn't send me the part. It was only $25 so I just wrote them off and won't do business with them again.
