anyone else in same boat... i ordered z06 grill on 1-1 still not recieved and i see he sells them on ebay for more $ and i couldnt pm him so im just looking for refund at this pointi ordered plenty from him in past usually never an issue maybe i slipped through crack.

I ordered mine on a Friday morning and it was delivered on Saturday! No complaints and he answered every email I sent him.

He's an honest vendor, I've had no issues. I know he has two separate inventories with some allocated to eBay, while others are allocated for forum sales. Or at least that's how I understand it, but either way he's been very honest with me and I've had no issues with him over multiple orders.

Ordered mine on a Saturday and got it on Wednesday, ordered a Z06 wheel the previous day and got it on Tuesday.

Only difference was the wheel I ordered via email, the grill I ordered online.

I've ordered from Gene for years. Never once had anything but professional service from him. He's saved me hundreds (if not thousands) from his solid advice. I suggest emailing or calling him as I'm sure there's a misunderstanding here.

I think you might be a little confused. I have pulled up your customer profile and I show no orders for a z06 grille. You did however on 1/1 order the stage 1 splitter and I show on 1/2 you were sent the following message

As of yet we have had no response but we do have one on order/ reserved for you because we know if you change your mind there are plenty of others who are waiting for the splitter. I show that today you filed a paypal dispute so I will take it as you no longer want the item so I will cancel your order.

But to set the story straight I must reiterate on 1/1 you placed an order for a splitter not a grille and you were informed it was on backorder and asked how you would like to proceed. This can be viewed by logging into your account online and viewing the messages as they are all stored there

For some reason I can't imagine any vendor losing sleep because you don't want to do business with them Jake. In fact, I would assume vendors feel much like forum members do in that if you never logged on again you wouldn't be missed.

I ordered my Z51 sway bar set from Gene on Monday evening and it arrived yesterday. No complaints from me. He's always answered my questions.

If you had a question about your order, call him or email him, and square it up.

I have never ordered from Gene ie Cultrag. In fact I have to a certain extent "bothered " him with questions about items that he did not end up ordering at all. That said he was amazingly patient, considerably professional and very fair in both his responses and pricing. I will no doubt end up ordering product from him and happy to do so...just felt it needed to be shared

i ordered my zo6 grill on sunday 1-4-15 and i had it two days later. last year it did take him a whole ( OMG) week to get me the z51 bars. two years ago he sent me to a powercoater instead of selling me new red calipers he had in stock.
