Default Attention: PartsTaxi customers

I ordered c6 z51 sway bars from them 2 weeks ago and have not gottan a tracking number yet, so I called them twice and emailed them and no response.

To parts taxi's credit, my CC has NOT been charged, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

Anybody got any info?

Thanks

Same here. I ordered a set of shocks from PartsTaxi last week. No CC charge has showed up as of yet. If they are dead in the water, I would like to know if I need to go elsewhere with my order. I just don't want them to resurface and fulfill the order in a few weeks as my Vette only uses 4 shocks and I do not need 8.

On February 27th, I received a package from PartsTaxi with parts that I had not ordered, and the part that I had ordered, was not in the package.
Since then, I'm trying to resolve this issue, and PartsTaxi, does not reply to my emails, or pick up the phone.
I have already paid more than 400 dollars with shipment, duties and taxes.
The money is important but not the most important. For me the most important is the part I need.
I doubt that this will be resolved.
For my that Kevin is not a serious person.
I wish you luck I have not

I reached out to PartsTaxi last week and asked him to respond to this thread. Here's the response I got on Friday:

If you could please pass on to the community that I had injured myself in our warehouse, which had me laid up with back issues for a week now. The rest of the staff has been trying to keep up, but between that and helping me, things have got behind. We brought in some help today and will also tomorrow to get shipments caught up, and are shooting for everything to be back to normal by the middle of next week.

Thanks

Kevin
I'll respond and let him know that customers appear to be getting shipments now, but the wrong items.

If someone would answer the phone that would be great. I would like to cancel the order as I have decided to go another route.

I am going through a similar issue with them. They sent me a C5 radiator support/skid plate earlier this week when I ordered a C6 radiator support bracket. The part came unwrapped in a box and it had poked holes through the box. It just had a piece of GM Parts memo pad paper taped to it with the C6 part number which was wrong. Three e-mails and a voice message later and I have heard nothing to be able to return for the correct part. It worries me when their website states you must contact them within 48 hours for a return authorization.

Kevin has not responded to my last email to him nor has the user ID PartsTaxi posted at Corvetteforum for about six weeks. I note, however, that someone continues to access Corvetteforum though that user ID, most recently an hour ago.

I've been told that Kevin is no longer at PartsTaxi, which appears to be associated with Nucar Lewes Auto Mall in Delaware. I've left a message for the GM at that dealership to let me know if they are dba PartsTaxi and, if so, who customers with issues can contact for resolution.

I'll let you know what I hear back.

I've just heard back from Kent Lewes at Lewes Auto Mall in Delaware, dba PartsTaxi at Corvetteforum.

Kent says the PartsTaxi aspect of his business has been suspended for now. He says anyone with unfilled orders or other issues should contact him, provide a copy of their invoice, a description of their issue and he personally will make sure it is taken care of.

Contact Kent as follows:

Kent Lewes
Kent@lewesautomall.com
302-703-4308, direct line
302-279-7015, fax

I was in the process of sending Kent an email and logged on to my CC website to get transaction information. It looks like the "pending" transaction was removed and did not go through. Thanks for helping to get this resolved.

My DRM Bilstein shocks will be here from Randy on Friday!
