So I order a set of wheels from the people eight weeks ago and was given an six to eight week build time. Today I called to get an update and the response was vary unprofessional and rude on so many levels. If there is anyone here with contacts at GFG WHEELS you might talk to them in regards to there customer service. Here is a copy of the email between the company I order through and GFG.

The conversation starts at the bottom and goes up. The company I ordered from refunded all my money and I will NEVER BY FROM GFG and hope no one else does. Please feel free to cut and paste this on as many web sites as possible. Maybe this guy will learn the reason he has a job is becouse of customers.

We were quoted 6-8 weeks from when we emailed the order to you. That was 7/23. It is now 9/4. That’s about 7 weeks. Why are we being quoted another 6- 8 weeks? That’s 12-16 weeks. I would greatly appreciate some information in that regard so I can let my customer know.
