RSI/Lethal Racing [dispute]
On Oct 14th I ordered some RSI fuel rails from Lethal Racing. Lethal called me back and told me that the RSI rails are setup for long injectors and the A&A 60lb short injectors won't work with them. Shawn called me and said RSI wanted to trade me my brand new 60lb short injectors for long ones and then I can use the fuel rails. So I boxed up my injectors and sent them to RSI. RSI recieved them and Will called me asking if I want 60/80lb or something else. I told him would pay the extra and upgrade to the ID1000ss. He told me everything was in stock and would go out. The order was ready to ship. A week later I'm wondering where my parts are so I call up Lethal. After a few days he tells me RSI thought I didn't pay Lethal for the parts so was holding the shipment. Lethal said he cleared that up and my parts were on the way. Another week goes by and nothing. I call up Shawn@Lethal andhe says he will find out where they are. He calls me back and says RSI forgot to ship it and it will all be overnighted. That was November 1st. November 2nd Shawn sent me an email confirming that Will said they shipped and I would have them on the 2nd. Nothing showed up. November 4th I get an email from Shawn saying RSI now says the injectors were out of stock so they would be shipping the Monday the 7th, overnight so I would have them on the 8th. The 8th rolls around and nothing. Another few days goes by and nothing. Call Lethal again. In the mean time I've probably left 2-3 messages at RSI wanting to know what is going on but they won't return my calls. So last week on Thursday Lethal says RSI is overnighting everything again so I will have it Friday the 18th. I finally get a box from RSI but it is just two black fuel rails. No lines, no fittings, no injectors. So Lethal gets back in touch with RSI. I'm now promised it will all ship out Friday for Saturday delievery. Once again nothing.
I would have cancelled the order a long time ago and got them elsewhere if RSI wasn't holding my 60lb injectors hostage. This is the worst vendor interaction I've ever had. Shawn@Lethal appears to be doing all he can but this is just crazy. I can't wait to hear RSIs excuse for not shipping Friday.

Lethal is working their hardest to get this resolved. Trying to source the parts from other vendors and get it all worked out. I know Shawn will make it right but it is sad what he has to do to fix the other companies poor service.

I am very sorry about this situation. I have gotten excuse after excuse from RSI. We placed this order well over a month ago with them for Fuel Rails and injectors. How hard is it to get that? This is something that should have left to your house before the injectors you shipped to them ever got there. It's hard for me when a vendor tells me that something is has shipped, then tells me its going overnight on 4 different occassions. I was more than irritated to hear that they finally overnight the package only to find out it had not even half of the parts it was suppesed to have. Will @ RSI then tells me that he was trusting his guys to ship out the parts and he had to fire someone due to problems. SO he tells me he will be shipping everything himself on Friday for Saturday delivery. You didn't get the package and I can't get them on the phone this morning either. Now I figure when the main guy tells you he will handle himself and it still doesn't get done, then there is a major problem at that company. This is why I told you I would handle everything here and get you the injectors and fuel rails from elsewhere today. You will not be charged another dime for anything and this will be resolved by me. Again, please accept my appology for this occurring. I have done business with them before and when you asked for their Rails I didn't think this was going to be a problem.

Like Dsteck said, ID has had the injectors in stock the whole time so the fact that they said they were out is just more BS.

I just called Will at the shop. He will be responding with his side soon. Hopefully, everything will get worked out for you soon.
I've been dealing with Will for Years. While his shipping dept does have a tendancy to screw up, he usually takes care of it right away. Will is a great guy, with a big heart. He may be human and screw up, but he will make it right.

I hope so. Will said he would personally take care of it Friday and make sure I had everything overnight at my door Saturday. Obviously that didn't happen.

Nick did you call Will directly? Will actually just called me a few minutes ago to follow up on the order that I had placed and to make sure everything arrived to me.

Just got off the phone with Will. Between Shawn and Will they need to work this out and get my stuff. He says the injectors are on the way and he will get the fittings tomorrow to build my lines so it will be a few days on that. Then again that is what Shawn and I heard 3 times now so who knows what is really going on but at least I got some answers and apologies.

Just wanted to post the actual facts. I ordered the parts through lethal and paid lethal since they were an RSI vendor.

What the customer doesn't seem to understand is that inbetween that time myself and RSI worked things out professionally amongst ourselves. It is not upto him to moderate this. Even after this I still sent him an additional check for $200 for the mix up. I am not sure how much better of a vendor I can be.
