what a bastard.... sorry for your loss.... this is exactly why I don't buy anything that i can't see the inside of unless by a legit company shop. I hope you can get him. You should let paypal know as well. They may be able to help you locate him. If he has paypal, they can get into his account.

This is the reason I wish this site had similiar buyer/payer transactions as part of each member profile like other sites. A post like this will be gone from the first two pages in a couple of days. There are some A+ buyers and sellers here, but it adds another layer of history. Obviously if this was the sellers first sell, it wouldn't have helped the OP - but to be able to tag someone with a positive or negative would benefit the group as a whole.

I've already filed a complaint with paypal and I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I'm well past the 45 day period for a refund via paypal...hopefully they can give me some of his info. If I can get some personal info on this guy I'll take him to small claims court if he doesn't pay up! Dude, you have no idea how i feel right now...I have sold plenty of things and bought plenty of things off of (atleast 17 times) ls1tech and have never had a problem until now! There's always one guy to F**k it all up!

I'm surprised the seller (hnaskoct)even agreed to sell something on the forum to someone (deeloc1) who has just joined the forum in the first place. It doesn't excuse the damage but nonetheless a possible issue for a smooth transaction.

first of all the finding my info is pretty...and i sold this guy a block and rotating assembley..a few months ago....and now all of a sudden his he comes with this..u cant be serious i told u what problems it had ..if there was a big crack in the piston like u say why didnt u address it when u first got it?????a blind man could see that big *** crack...i didnt sell it to you like that
