When viewing the picture on Photobucket, click on the Share button on the toolbar as shown in the first attachment.
Then, click on the Links, link, and click on the text below the IMG line as shown in the second attachment. That should copy the IMG code to your windows clipboard.
Then, paste that IMG tag inside a post.
For example:
[IMG]http://i1148.photobucket.com/albums/o575/repomania/photo24.jpg[/IMG]
