I live in Dallas most of the time but I grew up in Albuquerque. There is a small Corvette community. Try the Rio Grande Corvette Club and the New Mexico Corvette Association. I was never very involved in either one so I don't have current contact information, but Galles Chevrolet sponsored the RGCC so they'd probably be able to tell you something.

The best thing by far about Corvette ownership in New Mexico is all the wonderful roads. From the desert to the mountains, there's more than enough straightaways and twisties to keep any Corvette driver happy for a lifetime!

Scott Smith is a very highly regarded Corvette mechanic in Albuquerque. He worked on my Corvette a couple times when he was at CASA Chevrolet. I believe he started Speed Dreams in the last year or two.

update... car had been having trouble starting... so since they are next door and one of my co workers said they could at least scan it i went to speed dreams!!!! THEY WALKED ME OUT THE DOOR!!! i explained the issue i was having and the guy told me that it was normal for a factory car to take 15seconds of crank time to start... it wasnt tripp but some other dude... anyway at lunch i went to scotty's southwest corvettes 2 mins away and he agreed that the car should crank right up and he would scan it and let me know what it needed to fix it... glad speed dreams never got any of my money
