Default [Houston] Rain Should be Gone Tonight...Anyone on NW Side Want to Meet?

I just got my car back from MTI yesterday. I was going to the cruise and show up near Livingston, but the rain looks bad this morning / afternoon. It is supposed to clear out this afternoon. If it does, I plan to get the car reasonable clean and roll out. I usually go to the show at HWY 6 and I-10 in the Sam's parking lot, but am up for something different tonight if there are other ideas. I heard there was a mixed bag of cars now gathering at the Old Navy on FM1960 near Steubener Airline / Veterans Memorial. I might head out there to see what's up.

Anyway, post up if you want to do something if the rain clears out.

There is an awesome cruise-in in the Woodlands every Saturday night, I'll meet you somewhere and we can drive up there if you want. PM me.

ZF Six,

I already agreed to meet some guys from Houston Performance Driving at the Old Navy Parking lot on the east side of FM1960 just south of Stubener Airline / Veterans Memorial around 10 tonight. Sorry, but I did not see your post until just now. The Woodlands is FAR for me. How is the turnout usually? I might try to make it up there one weekend to check it out if there are a lot of cars. Thanks for the offer. If you can come to the Old Navy, I will be driving a 2001 Navy Blue Metallic Corvette Coupe. Last weekend there were quite a lot of cars there, but I did not stay as I was in my SUV.

I was there last weekend at teh Old Navy. The Woodlands is usually a VERY good turnout, it's in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 242 and I45. It takes place from 6-9 so it's done pretty quickly, but there are usually about 75 or so cars there depending on weather.
