Just got my car back from Austin Corvette. 5 weeks ago, a woman parked her F-150 4x4 on my hood. $5000 in work to her $250... -Front facia -Right fender -Right headlight assembly -Right inner fender liner -RKSport hood Damage was bad enough to break the PCM brackets off of the frame. Steve did an awesome job, even put in an all-nighter to get the car back to me last weekend. Had him replace the rubber facia skirts, repaint the mirrors and blend both doors. Car looks new, and hood fit is perfectly. I spent an extra $500 or so on various things to revive the 5 year old, and his attention to detail and anal retentiveness really came through Highly recommend them for body work. I'll get some pics up later today. F

Glad to hear it. Someone decited to rearend me yesterday afternoon so I get to go through the same ordeal. Was planning on giving them the car if I was to have any say in it. But as of now im still waiting to hear back from the other ladys insrance. Did it take them 5weeks to do all the work, or did that include the time for the insurance company as well?

Glad you had a good experience... They scratched up my $1100 chrome side pipe covers cause they used a screw gun instead of a screw driver and the metal casing of the screw gun put scratchs at every screw location in the rocker panels.. I just wanted mty car back after 5 months in their body shop for a front clip job.. They did a good job of matching the paint at least..so I got something for the $6500.. Also sold me a new hood but tried to fix the old instead a now the repair is showing.. They'll never touch my car again..

It took 5 weeks because we were waiting 2 for the custom hood to ship from RK.

I will say that they needed some prodding, and Steve ended up working a lot of hours on the weekend to make it ready.

Work looks really good, and I'll see over the next few weeks if anything pops out at me.

Sorry to hear you had problems, they do seem to need some organization, and bird-dogging during the process, however, they do know fiberglass.

Looks like to me they did a great job. I saw Flintstone's Vette at the "Y" Car Show last Saturday evening.

Sounds like yours turned out better than mine but I guess it's harder to match metallic silver. Also, they did have mine a full week when it seemed like they were almost half way done on the first day. Not sure if I would go back to them or not. Glad yours turned out good
