I think Nitrous Cars and Power Adders should run in ONE CLASS and the Naturally Aspirated Cars Should Run in Another.

I mean Nitrous isn't cheating, but it doesn't measure motor to motor and makes the competative nature of the event Boring. I mean if you line up next to a vette with Nitrous your gonna get smoked most of the time, what fun is that. Now 2 Nitrous Vettes Line Up and that is FUN and a Fair Race.

That is my 2 cents. When we raced in Denton they had N/A and a Power Adder Class and that was perfect and everyone was happy.

what's fair really? any such thing?

i dont think running bone stock cars with s/c or nos cars against clock is fair....

bracket style would be more fair....

but you're never going to find two cars exactly the same or two drivers exactly the same.......so fair is what you make of it i guess.....

maybe it should be split......

bone stock
slight mods
sc, nos, turbo
na big bores

There is just no pleasing you is there? For the last time WE DO HAVE A NA CLASS. We added a couple of years ago. Just to let everyone out there know what they are voting on. We have three heads up classes for this race.

1.) Quick 8–WHATCHABRUNG anything goes NOS, turbos, superchargers with skinnies and slicks
2.) Quick 8- BIG BOY *** NA*** (for those that can't read) this means NATURALLY ASPIRATED with skinnies and slicks
3.) Quick 8-TRUE STREET this is a class for the BADDEST street trim car the way you would run it on the street. No slicks or skinnes, Drag Radials accepted.

So you see we do have a class for everyone out there. Maybe I can create a washguy class and you would be the only one in it. That way you would be sure to win. :cry  :cry

I am sorry if you don't have what it takes to compete in the real world and are falling short on the BIG end. :lolg:

"2.) Quick 8- BIG BOY *** NA*** (for those that can't read) this means NATURALLY ASPIRATED with skinnies and slicks"

Visious....Thank you!...you just made my point!....this class{bigboy} is for big boys with et streets skinnies........NOT and I repeat NOT all the guys that run dr's.. :banghead: :banghead: I could give a crap bout winning the races....take a look at the poll mine and yours! My poll relates to what the guys are thinking...once again...im just the "mouthpiece" for several people not wanting to "buck" your system....its just not me :yesnod: then take a look at your poll for a points race :yesnod: Can you say APATHY? By the looks of your poll you would have maybe 4 cars show up  geez that race day would be over in bout 15 mins.! all im doing is discussing this in an adult level and voicing some views, but I see that you want to take it to a lower personal childish level..... You know you can adjust this any way you want to,but you wont! like I said before its your club...and now 'we' all know its your rules :yesnod: have fun at the race! :yesnod:
THE BOYCOTT IS ON!! Wash

OK Wash, just for you we will cut out the True street class altogether and have just two heads up classes. One Power adder and one non power adder.

Wash, I really wish you would quite belly aching over this. It is getting really old.

IT IS A HEADS UP RACE, IF YOU CAN NOT COMPETE "HEADS UP" THEN DON'T!!!

Hey Vette.....Im not asking you to cut out true street or make a lot of changes! just fix "true street" by taking the power adder out and putting them together be it dr'd or et streets.....is that really so very hard?
And you are missing the whole point :yesnod: im just the one thats expressing views by some other guys.....and bellyaching?...Whoa ! DUDE!
:U I dont want to be a troublemaker......and then be blamed for why your race might not have more folks there at Hallsville.....so keep it just like the way it is...and forget that I even mentioned it  Wash
