Anything going on near Richardson, TX

I will be traveling on business next week and will be in Plano, TX for a few days. I was wondering if there is anything going on Monday/Tuesday evening(2/17/04) or any place near by for a car enthusiast? Also, if anyone can give a heads up for a nice place for dinner. What's your price range on Dinner?

And I checked all the local club websites and didn't see anything going on on those dates. Closest thing that happens is some people in Fort Worth sometimes have a evening dinner on Tuesdays at the Fox and the Hound.
