Central Texas Cruise Saturday Dec 6 (Corvetts Wanted)
Any one want to meet up for this cruise? It is being sponsored by the local Supra club but all makes are invited. What do you think about adding some Vetts to the mix?
On Saturday, December 6th 2003, the Texas Supra Club will host the Hill Country Drive and Lunch, taking particpants for a 100+ mile cruise on some of the most amazing roads Central Texas has to offer. No Supra Required: All cars are invited!
Our last event was a great success and many people have been asking about the next one. Well, here it is!
We will start at the Trilogy parking lot near the 360 Bridge. While we're there, we'll make full use of the scenic location and take the requisite group photos in front of the bridge. Next, the fun begins: We will head to Marble Falls, taking in the twisty roads and scenic views of the Texas Hill Country. The highlights will be Lime Creek Road and TX1431. If you've been on these roads, you know what we're talking about. If you have not... Well... You're in for quite a surprise!
Once at Marbles Falls, We'll hit Chili's to chat and relax over lunch. Food, drinks, socializing with like-minded car nuts... It does not get much better than this!
We'll take 71 all the way back to Austin, stopping midway to regroup and take a few pictures. The hardcore folks are welcome to join us for the usual car-related scene at the "Y" at Oak Hill.
Here's the schedule for 12/6/2003: 12:45 PM Meet at Trilogy parking lot near the 360 Bridge.
1:15 PM (SHARP) Depart for Marble Falls.

Note: If you live in southern Austin or are coming from out-of-town (or just want to get some more driving in), we have an additional start location near Congress and Ben White, not far from IH-35. Just show up at noon. We will leave here for our first "offical" stop at 12:30PM. Refer to the map below for details.

We will be using 2-way radios to stay in communication and make sure everyone's having a great time. If you have one, you're welcome to bring it.
Don't miss this chance to spend a Saturday with fellow automobile enthusiasts in the beautiful Hill Country. If not for yourself, do it for your car!
You guy's could just (Cruise) on up to Hallsville that morning for the Run of the Vettes shootout. Now that would be a nice cruise. :D   :seeya
