Two big car shows this Saturday

First is The Woodlands Car Club ( http://www.thewoodlandscarclub.com ) show at Woodlands HS from 3-8 and then there's the Texas Shootout at the Horse Track. So may choices - so little time.

Can't go to either one this weekend. I've been to the Woodlands show in the past. I was not impressed with it. They aren't much on late model cars at all. Was snubbed by all the club members.

I'll be at the Showdown.This will be the warmup for HEATWAVE in Austin next month.They are realistically expecting 800-1000 entries.They have 300 early registrations,which is pretty good when I cannot even find the info to do that on the website or the flyer.Not bad for a first year show.If you like custom cars and trucks this is the show to see if you don't want to go to Austin next month.Considering heatwave had 2450 entries last year. :cheers: :cool: :cheers:

The gates open at 5 am. for entries.Judging starts at 9 am.-12noon.Awards sometime around 5 pm.Activities go on all day.I am with the Choatic Customs booth right in front of the stage so drop by and say hello.
