Houston Raceway Pack infor needed

I am planning on running there tonight. Just browsing through the safety equipment and it says a helmet is needed for <13.99. Is that true? Doesn't seem like it has been that way in the past. Need to know before I go tonight.

Never mind, it is a requirement. Now to go get one.

I belive that is an NHRA requirement....
