Phoenix Transmission in weatherford. Not sure where you live but wort the drive. They really know their stuff. You can take just the tranny to them or the vechicle. I have had them fix things that no one else could figure and I have had them build me race tranny's that never broke.

Thanks, Mike. Actually, I've exchanged a couple of e-mails with Greg Ducato over there, but I really didn't know anything about them until you responded. I'm in Las Colinas, so it wouldn't be TOO far to travel. I'll probably head over there unless I get a recommendation for a shop a little closer. Thanks again!

I got a quote from the dealer for a crate tranny for my 89 for $1350.oo pluse 250 core it is rebuilt the only thing they reuse is the case
with a 50k warrenty
