Congratulations! My experience to date is that managing large .NET projects involves a much lower stress level than managing large ASP projects. My wish for you is that .NET provides you that same benefit. My advice to you is to avoid the quasi-socio-religious conflict between the C# and VB.NET factions (after all, they both use the same back-end to carry from IL to executable).
