Yes Victor does outstanding work, I am not sure that he performs tuning. For tuning check out https://www.guerragroup.com/efi-tun Pat G performed my last engine and trans tune, overall I was VERY happy.

For sure these guys are top notch but I will NEVER take my car to anyone other than Michael at Serious Hp. He is the best and will spend more time than anyone on your tune. I took my car to a very famous “Tuner” and he said the false knock could not be taken out, but after 5 hours of tuning Michael did it. Trust me! Take it to him

Edited. Avoid Houston house of Power. I'm fixing the crappy install they did on my Vette. Head gasket, exhaust gasket, oil pan gasket all leaked. I should have figured it was a crap install job when they couldn't even put the hood back on correctly
