Default FS - (Houston) C6 Z06 Shocks and Leaf Springs

C6 Corvette Z06 OEM Suspension parts:
- Shocks (x4) - $175
- Leaf Springs with lowering bolts (front and rear) - $200

The parts were taken off my 2007 Z06 with 38000 miles on them. Bundle price $350.

Note: These prices are for pick-up only. I'm willing to ship at the buyer's expense.

What did you put in it's place?

I'm in the process of looking at suspension upgrades myself. I'm currently leaning towards the LG setup.

I went with Pfadt Featherlites, poly bushings, and Heavy Rate sways. LGs parts are very nice too.

I went with LG G2 coilovers all around and PFADT HD Sways F/R, but I miss the ride quality of a stock suspension.

Curt at C&C's Northside Motors (also known as C&C's Tracktime Performance) just north of 290 on 1960. He is very experienced in suspension setups for track and offroad. He did the full spectrum - corner balance, alignment, ride height, rake. Unfortunately, he just retired and the shop is closed!

Yeah, Curt's a long time friend and he is no longer in business. The shop is all but gone. He's now building portable cabins out of those sea going cargo container. Srsly.

So now I need someone who knows WTF their doing in regards to car setup. Ugh.

What about Greg over at Lucas Racing? I know they do a lot of SCCA, NASA, etc... prep as well as roll cage and chassis work.

I called and he doesn't do anything but full on race cars. No alignments either.

I'm not too connected to the racing community that involves turning. Most people I know tend to focus on going straight. Sorry.

I go to Victor Sellens at VZ Autoworks for most things. Can definitely install suspension components, but not experienced in suspension tuning per se. Jim at the shop @ MSR Houston would probably be a decent try for road course setup. Assuming you are installing coilovers and heavier rate sways for HPDE or TT and not just street, it might be worth a trip to LG for them to do the initial setup. Texas Track Works, LG, and the shop at MSR Cresson would all be good options in the DFW area.
