Nevada smog laws?
I'm seriously considering relocating to Reno. I have established customers in the Bay area and my mom is in Santa Rosa, so Reno is still a "practical" commute.
I'm wondering what the smog laws are in Nevada, considering my current 19 Corvette. Are there annual or bi-annual smog checks, are full-length headers an issue, etc.?

Pretty much a yearly check, they look for visible smoke, tampering with emission control devices (checking under the hood) and run a test with there analyzer via the obdII port.

Most of the time, you're lucky if they even check if the lights work lol. OBD2 port check and that's about it. Depending on the county you move into, most don't even have smog checks...it's not a statewide thing at all.
