Yea for sure !
I was speaking with Sean today and he is an instructor for HP Tuners now. As well as his regular job at True Street. He told me he was out at A@A corvettes in California teaching HP Tuners to their guys not long ago. He said A@A has a nice shop out there, and met some nice guys. Having contacts is a good thing to have in this business !

Kevin:
Your absolutely right. Especially in my field. My company used to have 140 Engineers in Dallas. I'm 1 of 6 left. All others were laid off.
I have made some great contacts with other Engineers around the country. I sometimes have to go help at other locations to solve issues too. I almost had to go to Scotland to help solve an issue a few years ago. Intel requested me to go to help them. I wrote them an email with suggestions to fix the issue and ran home to pack. My manager called me 2 hours later and told me that my suggestions fixed their problem. I was kinda pissed. I wanted to go see Scotland on my companies Dime...
That helps a lot too...

Guys:
I'm not really into going to "car shows", but my son's babysitter is asking me if I will show up to support her.
She is a really nice young lady with a good head on her shoulders.
And she LOVES my Z06... so she can't be all that bad...
All proceeds go to her Air Force Junior ROTC
Its the same morning as Car's n Coffee May 3rd.
I will be leaving Cars n Coffee early to go to this to support her.
I just posted this here in case anyone else would be interested.

Watching Velocity TV... An episode of Dallas Car Sharks... Guess what the episode had in in it? Truestreet Motorsports... Sean was doing a tune on a late 70 model Z-28... Pretty cool!

Well picked up an oil filter to knock out my oil change very soon. I usually pick up the K&N, after buying it today and bringing home to look at, I noticed some new words on there "Made in Mexico". What the f$&@?!
K&N in my mind was known as an American brand and it's a shame they've downgraded such a nice filter. The price on it is the still the same though. I found this article on it that made up my mind on returning it. No bueno at all...
