For all other e-mail users (Yahoo, Gmail, etc.), you can download and Complete the Pre-Registration Form (PDF or MS Word Copy) using the download links located below, then submit your completed form and payment using one of the two payment options noted below.

NOTE: Completed Pre-Registration Forms can be printed and mailed in to our Club Address with your Check, or if you have Microsoft Outlook or another compatible Mail Program installed then you can use the "SUBMIT FORM" button located at the bottom of the "Fillable PDF" form copy to submit your registration form directly via e-mail to salford42@comcast.net. If the PDF copy will not submit, then you may also use the same e-mail address above to submit the completed MS Word or Standard PDF Copy instead.

In addition to our regular show awards, SHCC is offering you the opportunity to present a “Sponsor Award” with your business name on it. By committing to this sponsorship opportunity, then SHCC will allow you or your designee to present a trophy to the car of your choice at the show. Being a sponsor at the show is an excellent opportunity for you and your business to get added exposure and generate added public relations. In honor of your sponsorship contribution, SHCC will also give you and/or your business appropriate recognition at the show.

If you wish to be a sponsor and award a corvette of your choice at the show, then use the link provided below to download and complete the sponsorship agreement and submit it to salford42@comcast.net along with your sponsorship contribution according to one of the price levels listed below. Do you have a host hotel near the show for out of town guests , if not any you can recommend in the area of the show. Thanks

Since this is a 1-Day show we don't setup a Host Hotel, and I live in Katy so I am not familiar with any Hotels in the general vacinity (10 minutes or less) from the show location.
However, they have some very nice Hotels in "The Woodlands" further from the highway which is not far away at all, and I have included a couple of useful links for Hotels in that area below.

COMMON SENSE ADVICE: I strongly recommend against staying anywhere directly off the Highway (I-45) on the feeder, as it leaves you open to a quick "Smash and Grab" and easy access for a quick getaway if someone decides to take your nice Show Car for a Joy Ride.

Come out and Support SHCC Charities and Support Our Troops at the Show.

IMPORTANT: We will have boxed Military Care Packages available at our Show which you can "Sponsor" by providing a charity donation. Your donation provides you the opportunity to put Your Name on and/or include a Special Note inside for the Troops. I'll have more updates on the donation cost for this "Sponsorship" opportunity as we move closer to the show date.

Added Note To All: In case you have missed the notes and corresponding Pink and USA Ribbons that adorn the Show Flyer(s) and Show Threads Past and Present and are unsure about what SHCC does for Charity, then please let this be your reminder.
