What: Car enthusiasts show-n-tell
When: Thursday nights, 9pm, all seasons
Where: Academy parking lot located at intersection of 1604/281
Includes: A wide variety of cars. Ranging from vettes to imports, vipers to mustangs.

Most people show up between 9 & 10pm. If anyone ever wants to cruise over together, post here and maybe we can coordinate something.

There were quite a few cars there last night..

I saw a C5 and a C6 parked by my Sting Ray.

My tennis partner followed me over there in his 2002 SS Camaro.

There were sure a lot of Ricers out there... Luckily No one acted

goofy last night.. We may get to keep meeting there if the

High Schoolers don't show up and do donuts!!!

Sweet, glad you were able to meet up with everyone. My girlfriend had to work late, so by the time we finished dinner I lossed all motivation to get out there. Maybe next week?

I am also a member of LoneStarStangs (previous mustang owner, x3).... there is a good group of guys over there, and they typically have a good showing on thursdays. So hopefully american muscle will overcome rice eventually

If you want a real good time with some real good cars, go to topperwein (not sure if I spelled it right) and I-35. They have everything there but only a couple of ricers. I am no longer in SA but that is where I went. It is an older crowd and much gentler. You will see rat rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks, newer vettes, camaros and challengers. It is at Buzz Bizzbys or Buff Bizzbys parking lot behind the new whattaburger in the little strip mall. Get there around 7 if you wanna park inside (costs 5 bucks) but you get a coupon to use worth 5 bucks in the restaraunt. Very good old fashion sloppy juicy feel your arteries hardening burgers. Best Ive had. I really miss it, good crowd, and police presence but not necessary.

Almost ... It is Toepperwein....

It is the most popular and best place, yes.

But it is Friday nights only.

At least at Academy on Thursday night is closer to where I live,

and gives me another excuse to drive my car on a Thursday night.

On Saturday nights, some cars meet also at The Texaco station at

151 outside 410..
