Need Recommendations on DFW Body Shops
My wife was rear ended yesterday in our '08 Coupe. She was sitting (dead stop) at a stop sign and she was hit hard enough to drive her up into the car in front of her. So now we have damage both on the front and rear bumpers!
We have a nice reverse impression of the driver's license plate bracket in the rear bumper cover so it is trashed as well as the back-up light panel and surface scrapes on the tops of the NPP exhaust trumpets.
Front end damage appears that the bumper cover smashed in but pushed back out to its normal shape but the top corners by the headlights and the edge along the hood are pushed up a little bit. Not to mention the new Venture Shield clear bra that now has to be replaced but hey, there's no sccrapes on the paint underneath it!
My wife told me that after the police arrived, he ordered all three cars off the street into a nearby parking lot to do the investigation and the young lady that hit our car never pulled in and kept on driving away! The police went after her and escorted her back to the scene a few minutes later. My wife thinks that she was on something because she was a little incoherent. At least her Mommy and Daddy came up there with her driver's license and Insurance card (since she didn't have that with her) so at least her insurance (Progressive) will be handling the repairs to both cars.
Any recommendations whould be appreciated. Obviously I'm not looking for a quicky repair but a darn good shop that appreciates Vettes and their Owners.
(I'd post photos but I don't have access to PhotoBucket here at the office.)

Yes, I had Stuart's in mind as they had done some work for me years ago on another car - although the Stuart's I'm thinking about is in Dallas on PLANO Road just north of LBJ. Is that they same place that you were referring to?

I heard about Stuarts from several vette owners. When I asked about painting my widebody rear panels they offered to install too. They did great work. Panel lines all match perfect, splash guards very securely mounted, etc... I plan to have them do the front widebody next year.
