I had a 68 corvette convertible that won first place in the modified category a few years back, and to be honest with you it wasn't my car at the time so I havn't been either.

driving the 08 zhz. My 87 convertible is STILL being worked on. My mechanic is slow and worthless most of the time. Every time I get a hold of him, he's out fishing.

SENT MY CAR TO THE SHOP TO GET THE FRONT LOWERS PAINTED AND GOT IT BACK TUESDAY WITH RUNNING PAINT

It's a good friend so i didn't want to hurt his feelings right away. He only charged $200.00 to paint the front end. Guess you get what you pay for. Plan to change the front in the near future so the paint is good for now. Good thing it's near the bottom side of the bumper.

If you're not going to keep it I'd say leave well enough alone, if you do keep it I'd be hounding him to fix.

No since in paying the money and getting a rock chip to spider the paint. That's why i took it in the first place. Looks like the weather is going to be bad sat.

yeah I just saw that. I wanted to go to the expo and then check out the show deal in Katy at Frank n steins.

I went to the show last year and it was rather small. But the people were good and there were a few nice cars there. It will be interesting to see what this year holds. I believe there will be a few new vendors there this year like APSIS. Always good to see quality first hand before dropping coin.

I agree with you, they have some really cool stuff and pretty pricey. I guess we'll find out if its worth the cost.

The show is supposed to be much better this year than in years past. New owners have taken over. From a vendor and car display perspective, the event is sold out!

I'll swing by for a bit this weekend, not sure which day.
