Anybody interested in going? I'll be in town from Houston, and I'm going to make a few passes on Friday. Last week, ran an 12.02, 12.04, 12.12, 12.16, and 12.25. Still looking for that 11 second pass.
I've run twice at SAR, both in mustangs on street tires. From what I remember, the track sucked. Very little prep on Friday nights. Have things changed? I'll be running Drag Radials this time. Thanks

12.10, 12.10, 12.12. I then ran a 7.66, and a 7.68 1/8 mile with a 1.72, 1.74 60fts, but missed 4th both times. Would have been 11.8-11.9 passes. The car would not go in to 4th gear, and something is wrong with the car. It has a whine when you add any throttle that is very, very loud. Sounds like it is coming from right under the shifter.
Me vs. a c6 on spray. He ran an 11.8X, I believe, but was sleeping at the light.
1.72 60ft, 7.66 at 93mph then missing 4th.

Tommie, time for more power and another RPM rear end. RPM is replacing it under warranty and EG is doing the labor. Might as well get the cam dropped in at the same time!
